Overview

At MiNiSplit Kings, we value our customers and appreciate their referrals. To show our gratitude, we are offering an Extended Labor Warranty Program that rewards customers who refer new clients to us.

How It Works

• For every new customer you refer who purchases and installs a mini-split system from MiNiSplit Kings, you will receive one additional year of labor warranty on your originally purchased unit.

• The referred customer must complete their purchase and installation before the extended warranty is applied.

• Each eligible referral extends your labor warranty by one year, up to a maximum of five (5) additional years beyond the standard labor warranty.

Eligibility & Limitations

• The extended warranty applies only to mini-split units purchased from MiNiSplit Kings.

• If you own multiple units, the warranty covers one service visit total during the extended period, applicable to any unit you purchased from us.

 

     ​​Example:

• If you own three units and refer four customers, your labor warranty extends to five years total (standard one year, plus four additional years).

• You can use one service visit at any time during this period for any of your units. Once used, the extended warranty is fulfilled.

Warranty Limitations

• Non-transferable – applies only to the original buyer.

• Covers labor costs only – does not include replacement parts, refrigerant, or other materials.

• Parts warranty follows manufacturer's terms—refer to their documentation.

• Covers standard maintenance and repairs—not misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges, or external damage.

• Only MiNiSplit Kings installations qualify—third-party installs are not covered.

• The referral must be a new customer who has never purchased from MiNiSplit Kings before.

How to Refer a Customer

1. Share your experience with friends, family, or neighbors and tell them about MiNiSplit Kings and our high-quality mini-split systems.

2. When they make a purchase and schedule their installation, ask them to keep their receipt number handy.

3. Once their installation is complete, fill out the Referral Form with your receipt number and the receipt number of the person you referred.

4. After verification, your extended labor warranty will be applied accordingly.

Warranty Redemption

• Your extended labor warranty is automatically tracked and applied. No additional proof of referral is required beyond the referred customer mentioning your name at the time of their purchase.

• You may use the warranty for one service visit at any time during the extended warranty period. Once a service visit has been used, the extended warranty coverage will be considered fulfilled.

• Warranty service requests must be scheduled directly with MiNiSplit Kings.

• Warranty service is available during our normal business hours and subject to scheduling availability.
